Fasting - seriously.

Those who know me won't believe this, but today I'm starting my very first fast. I am going to fast from dinner saturday to dinner sunday.

Why?!=!!
I am addicted to food. Seriously. I get scared if I don't eat every 3 hours or so. Skipping a meal is like a death sin to me. Especially breakfast.
I'm scared but excited. I never liked to be hungry - in the next 24 hours I have to live with that hunger - and I will learn that I will live.

A lot of guys preach about the benefits of eating 7 meals per day while others preach about the benefits of fasting.
I tried eating all the time - now let's try the other thing - facing fear and all that.

dessert..



So.. it's with schrimps, cottage cheese and mayonnaise.

Note you should not use too many schrimps or it gets too salty, not use too much cottage cheese or it will not get salty enough and don't use too much mayo or it will get too disgusting..

It's a nice alternative, relatively healthy dessert which makes your muscles grow with up to 143% depending of your primary lifts.. and stuff..

oh yeah one last note: don't eat too much or too quickly or you will get a creepy feeling. I just ate the bowl you see on the picture way too quick and now I totally regret that I ever got out of bet this morning..
